Ensign B5 525/550/600-19

One of Dunlop’s most popular crossply tyre designs, the B5 became the default choice for many British saloon and sportscars from the 1930s into the post-war period. As such it remained in production for the classic-car market until Fort Dunlop finally closed in the 21^st Century! It’s distinctive tread-pattern and square shoulder made it easily recognisable. Vintage Tyres have developed a replacement B5 pattern tyre via its historical relationship with Dunlop, and using original moulds. The result is manufactured in the UK as the Ensign B5, and is available in various sizes to suit 17, 18, 19 and 20 inch wheels.

This 525/55600-19 size Ensign B5 is an ideal tyre for the Rolls Royce 20/25 and 25/30 models. It also fits: Alvis Speed 20, Crested Eagle and 3.5 Litre; Invicta 4.5 Litre; Lagonda 3 Litre and 4.5 Litre; Talbot 105 and 110; Armstong Siddeley 17 and 20; Austin 16 and 18; Daimler 20hp; Hillman 14, 16, 20 and Wizard and any others.
