Evolving from their ground-breaking X radial design, Michelin XZX tyres were introduced in 1975 as a replacement for the ZX line to offer better overall performance in a variety of weather conditions. 

 

The XZX tyre was developed with enhanced wet-weather performance in mind. The stronger groove pattern allows for improved water dispersion and drainage. The additional sipes also provide increased lateral grip for better traction on slippery and snow-covered surfaces.
