Originally fitted with a 600-16 crossply tyre, for which there are several high-performance road and race options. A 600R16 or 185R16 size could be fitted if a radial is required.

Frankly, a racing car. And the Allard you're most likely to have seen, as they're popular and successful on the historic racing scene in the UK and elsewhere. Minimal 2-seater, with a unique and charming look, unusual suspension that works well, and Ford/Mercury V8 engines. Popular in the US, where increasingly overpowered V8s were added! X model had more leg-room.
