Daimler Coupe 1975 to 1977

Like the Jaguar XJ Coupe, the Daimler version had the shortened, 2-door body and 6 and 12 cylinder ('Double-Six Coupe) engines, just with the Daimler badging and fluting. Also, like the Jaguar, it was based on the Series 2 XJ, and had all sorts of quality issues. Produced in even smaller numbers than the Jag, these are rare cars. Should have been more popular, a missed opportunity.

All models were fitted with an ER70VR15 tyre, the Dunlop Aquajet.
