Standard tyre fitment was initially a metric 240/55VR390 all-round (with post 1986 cars having a 220/55R390 front); then the late 3.2 and T cars moved to a 16-inch wheel, with 205/55R16 front and 225/50R16 rear tyres.
A mid-engined 4-seater to complement the bigger 400 model. Shared a platform with the 308 and running gear from that and then the 328, until the Mondial T of 1989 revised the engine and gearbox to a longitudinal 3.4 litre. There was a convertible version too from 1984.
