Standard fitment is a 670-16 crossply tyre.
The saloon and drophead MkV is very much a crossover car between the prewar models and the Jaguar we know now (which started with the XK120, MkVII and MkI). Independent front suspension was new, as was the styling, but the new XK engine was still behind the scenes.
