Manta 1970 to 1988

The Manta A was fitted as standard with a 165SR13 radial tyre, for both 1600 and 1900 models. A wider wheel option was available, and was fitted with a 185/70HR13 tyre.

The Manta B 1600 and 1800 models were fitted as standard with a 165SR13 radial tyre. A wider wheel option was available, and was fitted with a 185/70HR13 tyre.

The Manta B 1900 and 2000 models were fitted with a 185/70HR13 tyre as standard, and the 2000 models had the option of a 195/70HR13 on a wider, 6J, wheel.

The Manta was a highly successful coupe for Opel. The A version was a curvy competitor to the Capri, and the B was a larger and more angularly 70s proposition. A wide range of engines, and good handling.
