The initial 1300 and 1500 models were fitted with a 590-13 crossply tyre, a suitable radial replacement for this would be a 165SR13.
The later 1301 and 1501, upgraded models, had the same 590-13 crossply until 1970, when a 165SR13 radial tyre became standard.
The 1300 and 1500 models replaced the Aronde, as a reasonably large 4 door saloon and estate, but with relatively small engines (1300 or 1500cc). Popular in France, and later updated a little in 1301 and 1501 forms.
