Standard size was a 600-15 crossply tyre, but this can be replaced by a 165SR15 radial size.
A larger, Type 3 based update to the Karmann-Ghia concept that had sold so well as a Coupe and Convertible. Attractive, and mechanically better than its predecessor, it didn't sell as well, probably as it wasn't sold in the US. Not so pretty as the original, it's much more striking.
