Dunlop designed this tyre for use with more lightweight bikes from the 1960s and 70s. It has a tread pattern and design very much like the K70 and K81, and comes in sizes appropriate for a range of smaller bikes from the period, and also as an upgrade for earlier models.

It is a universal tyre so can be used as a front or rear, and benefits from modern construction and materials.
