The first Series had a selection of tyre fitments during its life.
The first cars produced in 1927 had 710x90 beaded edge tyres, like the preceding model.
A 29x4.40 crossply was fitted in 1928 and 1929. Then a 30x4.50 crossply was fitted from 1930 to the end of production in 1932. This sizing system was replaced later on, and a 440/450-21 crossply equates to these sizes.
These were the first of the Bertelli cars produced after the original company had gone bust. Mostly 2-seater sportscars, with a few larger dropheads.
