Standard tyre fit for the 530 was a 145R14 radial front, and 165R14 radial rear.
The 530 was Matra's first in-house road-car design, following on from the Djet it had inherited from Bonnet. It's styling was extremely unconventional, almost art, unlike its Ford V4 engine. It's sophisticated chassis and supsension made the car work despite the weak engine though. Still rare, still gets a lot of attention because of its looks.
