From 1951 to 1954 the Aronde was fitted with a 550-15 crossply tyre, with the option of a wider 590-15.
A new 14-inch wheel was fitted to the Aronde in 1955, with a 560-14 crossply tyre. A suitable radial replacement for this would be a 155SR14.
Simca's first in-house model was a successful midrange car, setting up the company for many years. The convertible Oceane and coupe Plein Ciel versions are extremely attractive.
